Eligibility Senior Analyst - Cigna Healthcare - Remote (Finance)



Ready to take the next step on your career journey? The Supplemental Health team is looking for an Eligibility Senior Analyst. You'll Manage (EDI) Electronic Data Interchange implementation to support eligibility services for Supplemental Health Products, including Accidental Injury, Critical Illness, and Hospital Care. You'll ensure smooth implementation and service delivery, creating a positive client and vendor experience.

What You'll Do:

  • Partner with clients, vendors, and Cigna business units to ensure enrollment data is aligned with client effective dates and delivery standards.
  • Lead EDI implementations by partnering with clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure timely delivery aligned with client effective dates, Cigna standards, compliance and specific feed requirements.
  • Deliver consultative file feed solutions and troubleshoot eligibility data exchange issues for clients and internal partners
  • Provide consultative guidance on programming logic and file specifications, managing interface operations and collaborating with IT and business partners to articulate mapping and merging requirements aligned with project plans.
  • Audit test files and provide feedback to clients and vendors to ensure high-quality data implementation
  • Collaborate with TPAs to support eligibility and enrollment data integration for template certification.
  • Track case status in enterprise tools and databases to ensure accurate reporting of operational metrics
  • Develop and maintain documentation on internal process and training materials
  • Lead Supplemental Health Solution business initiative project as directed by management

Requirements:
  • High school diploma or GED required, bachelor's Degree, preferred
  • 3 + years of experience working in Electronic Data Interchange (EDI), Preferred
  • Proven ability to independently lead, motivate, drive results, collaborate effectively and build strong interpersonal relationships, Required
  • Analytical and detail-oriented professional, skilled in project management, problem-solving, and multitasking amid competing priorities, Required
  • Demonstrated experience with Microsoft EXCEL (including VLOOKUP, PivotTable, and macro, Preferred
  • Skilled in client, producer, and TPA engagement with strong communication and interpersonal expertise, Preferred

If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload.

For this position, we anticipate offering an annual salary of 58,100 - 96,900 USD / yearly, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location.

This role is also anticipated to be eligible to participate in an annual bonus plan.
