We are seeking a Project Coordinator - Pipe for County Materials at our Oconomowoc, WI location.
Project Coordinators provide customer service regarding products and services. Performs administrative duties for the sales and production teams. Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field.
Job Responsibilities:
Reviews engineering drawing plans and designs to ensure adherence to established specifications and standardsRelies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goalsPerforms a variety of complicated tasksOversees, monitors, and coordinates sales ordersActs as liaison between team members and the rest of the organizationPlan, organize loads within the region to dispatch trucks to meet customer requests and production team activities, giving importance to individual members' and overall team's achievement of established goalsPrepares Quotes and take-offs for construction materials that are specified in City, State, and/or DOT construction plansEnsures team's goals are aligned with the companys culture of success, leadership commitments, and representative of the overall company's directiveCreates initial rough product designs into working drawings/documentsHas some knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures within the construction materials industry (Precast concrete materials preferred)Relies on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job

Experience & Qualifications:
Associates degree or 4 years equivalent work experience in field field-related areaFamiliar with a wide variety of fields concepts, practices, and proceduresExperience with AutoCAD
