Lead Manufacturing Technician (Finance)



You will report directly to our Production Manager and you'll work out of our Columbia, Missouri location on an Onsite work schedule.

In this role, you will impact the overall productivity and quality of our manufacturing operations by overseeing the team, implementing best practices, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.As a Lead Manufacturing Technician here at Honeywell, you will lead a team, provide technical expertise, and ensure smooth engineering processes for our MSC business unit. Your skills will drive project success and business growth. You will report directly to our Production Manager and you'll work out of our Columbia, Missouri location on an Onsite work schedule.YOU MUST HAVE

• 5+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment

• Strong leadership and team management skills

• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities

• Knowledge of quality control ethics and practices.

• Experience with Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma methodologies • Strong communication and collaboration skills

• Guide a team of manufacturing technicians to ensure smooth operations and adherence to quality standards

• Monitor and adjust production schedules to meet customer demands

• Troubleshoot and resolve issues with manufacturing equipment and processes

• Train and mentor new technicians to ensure their success in the role

• Work with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives

This position is intended to convey to the new, independent company, to be named Solstice Advanced Materials when the separation occurs. This is expected to occur in late 2025 or early 2026.
