System Initiative Management Specialist (Finance)
In this fast-paced role you will join a dynamic team that oversees strategy execution. This person will work closely with an internal team of strategists and portfolio managers, as well as with regional and enterprise executives, to support the execution of a bold, transformational strategy. The SIM Coordinator manages Strategic Initiative Management (SIM) for the enterprise. Working closely with the SIM Director, SIM Chairs, including VPs & SVPs of Finance, Business Development, Compliance, and Transformation, the SIM Coordinator will support the development and implementation of operational and strategic initiatives in support of Nemours' vision, goals and strategies. They will develop and manage systems and processes for intake, prioritization, and tracking metrics and return on investment, leveraging our Continuous Improvement principles.
The person will collaborate with and influence key leaders to achieve Nemours' vision and drive strategies supporting the organization's mission. They will collaborate with internal stakeholders to define priorities and advance initiatives through vetting, decision-making, implementation, and lookback. They will support leaders as they develop proof of concept and business plans, proformas, and metrics. They will collaborate with internal stakeholders to make initiatives visible and align cross-department efforts, defining financial requirements, facilitating effective stakeholder communications, and providing guidance, project direction, and leadership to ensure successful outcomes.
