Formatting and distributing proposals, contracts, and customer correspondence
Providing support to the receptionist to ensure that all phone inquiries and leads are properly handled
Performing general office duties to include filing, faxing, emailing, and copying
Drafting, editing, and sending sales related documents to include proposals, contracts, and BEO's
Assembling hotel information packets and promotional materials
Handling guest inquiries about property facilities, amenities, entertainment, and special events
Serving as an additional point of contact for clients
Communicating with other hotel departments to ensure that all details and event specifications are met
