What You'll Do:

• Collaborate with the RPA team to develop and test automated workflows using UiPath
• Document project requirements, workflows, and outcomes
• Evaluate new automation ideas and recommend solutions
• Build reusable components based on Lakeside's automation standards
• Support special projects, reports, and initiatives as assigned by the RPA team

What We're Looking For:

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field (preferred)
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• Completed UiPath Automation Developer training (strongly preferred, but not required)
• Eager to learn, self-motivated, and detail-oriented
• Strong problem-solving skills and an analytical mindset
• Able to work independently and communicate effectively in a team environment
