Global Channel Marketing Programs Manager (Marketing)

About the Role:

We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Global Channel Marketing Programs Manager to join our Global Channel Marketing team. This role will lead the development and execution of scalable, repeatable, and high-impact channel marketing programs that support in-person and online initiatives across regions. The ideal candidate has a passion for driving partner engagement through marketing excellence and is experienced in working across global, cross-functional teams.

This role focuses on creating and operationalizing marketing campaigns, events, and tools that regional teams and partners can leverage to generate demand, accelerate pipeline, and strengthen brand presence through the channel.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute global channel marketing programs that are scalable, repeatable, and aligned to key business objectives (e.g., product launches, campaigns, partner enablement, demand generation).
  • Create integrated marketing toolkits (messaging, assets, campaign playbooks, email templates, landing pages) for field marketing teams and partners to deploy locally.
  • Lead the execution of virtual and in-person events (e.g., webinars, partner roadshows, workshops, campaigns-in-a-box) in collaboration with regional stakeholders.
  • Work closely with regional channel marketing managers, sales, product marketing, and digital teams to ensure alignment and adoption of global programs.
  • Develop and maintain campaign performance dashboards; track KPIs and provide insights to optimize programs and ROI.
  • Manage agency and vendor relationships, ensuring high-quality execution and alignment with budget and timeline.
  • Ensure brand and message consistency across all channel touchpoints globally.
  • Contribute to the channel partner experience by delivering marketing programs that are easy to adopt, localized, and drive measurable impact.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; MBA a plus
  • 12+ years of experience in B2B channel marketing, field marketing, or program marketing—ideally within a global technology or cybersecurity company.
  • Proven experience building and managing global, cross-regional channel marketing programs.
  • Strong understanding of the indirect sales model, including value-added resellers (VARs), distributors, GSIs, and MSPs.
  • Demonstrated success managing integrated marketing campaigns and partner-facing initiatives.
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple programs and stakeholders across time zones.
  • Strong collaboration, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Proficient in marketing platforms such as Salesforce, Marketo, and project management tools (e.g., Asana, Monday.com).

The reference Total Target Compensation(TTC) market range for this position, inclusive of annual base salary and the variable compensation target, is between

Total Target Cash (TTC): 120,833.00 - 163,704.00 - 210,146.00 USD Annual

This reflects how companies in a similar industry and geographic region generally pay for similar jobs. This range helps the Company make pay decisions as one data point among many. Where a position falls within this range is also dependent on other factors including – but not limited to – the employee's career path history, competencies, skills and performance, as well as the company's annual salary budget, the customer's program requirements, and the company's internal equity. Thales may offer additional benefits and other compensation, depending on circumstances not related to an applicant's status protected by local, state, or federal law.
