Position Summary:

Under the direction of the Vice President of Health Center Operations, the Administrative Director is responsible for the performance of the assigned ambulatory clinic. Responsible for health center initiatives against key health center goals, volume, access, employee and patient experience. Works with the Administrative Directors and Medical Directors to develop and manage cross-cutting initiatives that improve performance. Provides direction and support to operations manager in assessing, planning, implementing and sustaining change and improvement in their respective practice or service.

Responsibilities:

  • Defines, develops, and implements short- and long-term strategies and plans to meet organizational objectives with direction and support from the Vice President. 
  • Analyzes current operations to identify opportunities for improvement, develops project plans, and teams to implement improvements. 
  • Manages cross-functional initiatives to ensure key health center goals and objectives are met. 

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • BS degree in health care or business administration required, Master's preferred.
  • Minimum of 5-7 years healthcare experience as well as supervisory experience.
  • Previous practice management skills.

Salary starting at $125,008.00 and up to $206,128.00 based on experience
