Pastry Supervisor (Food Services)



The award winning Grandover Resort & Spa - A Wyndham Grand Hotel is currently hiring a Pastry Supervisor in our Banquets department.
The Pastry Supervisor's main role is to manage the daily operations of the pastry department for the Banquet Kitchen. They have all the same responsibilities as a prep cook but with a supervisorial role. They are in charge of ordering and the logistics of the banquet operation in regards to pastries and desserts, this includes breakfast, lunch and dinner, buffet and plated functions. Responsibilities to include food preparation for the Café East restaurant, the Pool Bar and Finial Restaurant on Holiday Brunches (three a year). They prepare food in accordance with quality food standards and written recipes. They organize supplies needed to ensure efficient operation.
Typical hours are 7am-3pm but may vary based on business needs.
