Utility Operator (Finance)

Job Details
- Position Type: Full-Time, Hourly (Non-Exempt)
- Pay Range: Competitive (shared during the interview process)
- Work Location: Onsite - Saegertown, Pennsylvania
- Travel: None
- Operate and maintain assigned machinery or stations safely and efficiently
- Support various work areas, adjusting to where help is needed most
- Perform basic inspections to ensure products meet quality standards
- Accurately complete production and inspection paperwork
- Follow all company safety, environmental, and quality policies
- Take on other tasks as assigned to support production goals
- Ability to operate machines and equipment safely
- Ability to read and follow work instructions
- Good communication - able to follow written and verbal directions
- Basic math skills for measurements and documentation
- Team player - able to collaborate and pitch in where needed
- Dependable and detail-oriented
- Education: No formal education requirement
- Experience: Entry-level; prior manufacturing or machine operation experience a plus
- Certifications: Forklift or other equipment certifications are a plus
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly.
- Required to stand for extended periods.
- Must be able to push/pull objects up to 50 pounds.
- Frequent bending and stooping required.
- Must have the dexterity to handle small objects.
- Must be able to work in noisy environments.
