• Provide safe, effective, and compassionate care to residents
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered
• Monitor resident conditions and report changes
• Collaborate with RNs, CNAs, and the interdisciplinary team
• Maintain clear and accurate documentation
• Support resident dignity and quality of life

✅ What We're Looking For:

• Active California LVN license
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• A caring and dependable attitude
• Previous SNF or post-acute experience is a plus - but not required
• Passion for providing quality care in a fast-paced environment
