Management Trainee - Leadership Development Program (LDP)

Location: Various offices across Florida

Duration: 6 - 18 months of high-impact growth

What You Bring

  • Bachelor's degree preferred (Construction Management, Business, Concrete, or related fields)

  • At least 2 years of college or trade school completed

  • Internship/co-op experience in construction or related field (preferred but not required)

  • Strong communication and analytical skills

  • Comfort with Microsoft Office and working long hours when needed
