Ramp Installer / Service Technician (Maintenance)

Ozark Total Access is actively hiring skilled, service-driven technicians
Each technician will operate within a 200-mile radius of their home base, installing and servicing modular aluminum accessibility ramps for residential and VA-related clients. Travel is required; occasional overnight stays during the week may be necessary.

What You'll Do
· Evaluate and measure home sites for accessibility ramps
· Sketch layout plans and provides job documentation
· Install modular aluminum ramps to meet specs and safety guidelines
· Complete daily paperwork and submit updates to office staff
· Maintain company vehicle, tools, and supplies
· Communicate clearly with clients and internal teams
· Manage a personal route schedule and meet project deadlines
Position Details

Required Qualifications
· Must be 21 years of age or older
· Minimum 2 years of experience in home services, construction, or related trades
· Comfortable using power tools and reading tape measures
· Ability to sketch layouts and follow basic blueprints
· High school diploma or equivalent
· Must have a valid driver's license with clean driving record
· Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
· Able to use smartphone/tablet for job documentation
· Must pass drug screening and background check
· Physically able to lift 80 lbs. and work outdoors in varying weather
Nice-to-Haves
· Knowledge of ADA compliance and accessibility standards
· Previous experience working with veterans or government contracts
· Military background or strong familiarity with VA-related service work
